Ingredients
• Taco shells - 12
• Cabbage,shredded - 1/4 medium
• Carrot,grated - 1 medium
• Green capsicum, cut into
thin strips - 1 small
• Yellow capsicum, cut into thin
strips - 1 small
• Red capsicum,cut into thin strips
- 1 small
• Cottage cheese (paneer), cut into small
cubes - 50 grams
• Salt - to taste
• Black pepper
powder - to taste
• Eggless mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
• Cream cheese - 1/4 cup
• Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoons
• Spring onions,cut into thin strips - 4 |

Method
Mix the cabbage, carrot, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, cottage cheese, salt and pepper powder in a bowl. Mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese and tomato ketchup in another bowl. Place a tablespoon full of the vegetable mixture into each taco shell, drizzle a little of the mayonnaise mixture, garnish with the spring onions and serve immediately. |
